What can you expect from an inTense English course?
InTense is designed for professionals who want to devote some time to really improving their English. You step out of your work routine and fully immerse yourself in the language, rapidly achieving lasting results.
InTense English is for anyone who wants to make measurable progress in their English speaking, writing or presentation skills in record time. For example, managers who are going to lead an international team, professionals who want to sharpen up their English for client meetings, or expats preparing for a new role. inTense can also be followed in addition to an existing training programme or onboarding programme.
After the quote has been agreed (you can request a quote here), we’ll schedule a short intake interview to discuss your goals. Then we’ll draw up a personalised lesson plan, adapted to your level and learning objectives. Usually the training is for a single intensive week, but it can also be spread over several shorter weeks. You can take classes at UvA Talen in Amsterdam, at your workplace or 100% online. Afterwards, you also have the option of continued practice through additional e-learning or individual follow-up lessons. This allows you to keep up your progress.
Of course! In consultation, we can create an inTense programme for two to five participants at the same level. This allows you to learn together, but it also leaves plenty of room for personal coaching. It’s ideal for teams who need to prepare intensively for an important project, international collaboration or client visit. Would you prefer to work with a larger group? Then our in-company English course is a good alternative.
InTense training is available at any level, from A0 to C1. During the intake interview, we determine your entry level and fully tailor the programme accordingly. Whether you want to strengthen existing skills or refine your language use for complex business communication, we provide a programme that’s perfectly adapted to your needs.
